Ancap Public Policies
• John Vandivier
- Department of limited government
- This department proactively seeks to delete law, agencies, policies, and so on from government. It also has the power to lobby for policy and write policy which it can then lobby for in terms of eliminating or expiring laws. It can also advocate for reduced spending, taxation, and debt. Finally, it can recommend cases where the federal government or executive branch is limited and/or the states are not limited.
- Department of competitive government
- Issue private arbitration agencies the right to create, interpret, adjudicate, and/or enforce their own laws.
- Public opt-out. This scheme means you don't have to pay any taxes but now you can't vote, don't get the benefits of public services, and so on.
- Commoditized vote, vote contracts, legal coordination, increased donation limits (ie none)
